We prepare and post quality video tours of the property and take care of live showings. Live showings can be scheduled 24/7 online by Realtors, and we hire a professional showing service company that also allows us to provide you with ample feedback.


*SCREENING*

We conduct rigorous background and credit checks on all prospective tenants 18 years and older to place the most reliable tenants. We also verify employment, past employment and rental history.


*SIGNING*

We prepare and execute all leasing documents, and our leases are created by a very reputable law office here in Colorado. We secure rents and place security deposit funds into a trust account. We also provide a formal new tenant training on how to care for the property and how to use the online tenant portal.

 

*COLLECTING*

We enforce the rent collections cycle with a strict, yet respectful, process that helps avoid late payments. We then deposit rent funds to your account electronically on a regular schedule.
